1. Who we are
This website (polycyphers.com) is operated by Polycyphers, a brand of Karem Enterprises, Bechara El-Khoury Street, Beirut, Lebanon. Contact: [email protected], +961 71 854 448.
2. Hosting
The site is served through Cloudflare Pages (Cloudflare, Inc., 101 Townsend St, San Francisco, CA 94107, USA). When you visit, Cloudflare processes technically necessary connection data (e.g. IP address, timestamp, user agent) to deliver the site and protect it against attacks. This is done on the basis of our legitimate interest in a secure, performant service.
3. No cookies, no tracking
This site sets no advertising or cross-site tracking cookies. Your theme preference is stored only locally in your browser (localStorage) and is never transmitted to us. Any privacy-preserving, aggregate traffic measurement (e.g. Cloudflare Web Analytics) builds no personal profiles.
4. Contact form & email
If you use the contact form or email us, we process the details you provide (name, work email, company, message) solely to respond to your inquiry. The form opens your own email client to send the message to us; we do not store the data beyond what is needed to reply, and we do not share it with third parties for their own purposes.
5. Third-party resources
The site loads web fonts from Google Fonts (fonts.gstatic.com) and icons from Cloudflare's cdnjs. When these are fetched, your browser's IP address is necessarily disclosed to those providers. No other third-party scripts run.
6. Your rights
- Access to the personal data we hold about you
- Correction or deletion of that data
- Restriction of, or objection to, processing
- Withdrawal of any consent, and to lodge a complaint with a supervisory authority
To exercise any of these, email [email protected].
7. Changes
We update this policy when the site or applicable law changes. The version published here is the one in force.
